Gymnastics

18 months and Older

We have various classes to develop gymnastics skills on the balance beam, bars, vault and the gymnastics floor. Click for more information.

6 Yrs and Older

This program focuses on cheer specific skills such as chants, arm motions and basic stunting. Click for more information.

Tumbling

6 Yrs and Older

Specifically focuses on learning tumbling skills on the floor. Great for all ability levels. Click for more information.

Dance Academy

18 months and Older

We offer two session a year in several different dance styles. We will have one recital mid June. Click for more information.

Ninja

3 Yrs and Older

Ninja offers the athleticism of gymnastics, the discipline of martial arts, and the excitement of freestyle movement! Click for more information.

Trampoline & Tumbling

4 Yrs and Older

Kids will learn skills on the events: Trampoline, Power Tumbling, and Double Mini Trampoline. Click for more information.

Parent's Night Out

4 Yrs and Older
